Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), we inform you about the personal data processed through the Tam Zamanı (Perfect Timing) game and this website.

What we process and why
- Account and game data (email, username, scores, purchase status): to provide the game and manage your account; performance of a contract.
- Security and technical data (device and app version, error logs): to prevent cheating and fix bugs; legitimate interest.
- Contact form data (your email, subject and message): to reply to you; legitimate interest. The form is delivered through Formspree.
- Advertising identifier: only if you allow iOS tracking, for personalized ads; explicit consent.
Who receives it
We never sell your data. It is shared only with providers needed to run the service: Google Firebase, Apple, Google AdMob and Formspree for the contact form. Their servers may be located abroad; transfers follow Article 9 of KVKK. Data may be shared with authorities when required by law.
Retention
Game data is kept while your account is active; contact messages are kept for up to 1 year after your request is resolved.
Your rights (KVKK Article 11)
You can ask whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose, know who it was shared with, ask for correction or deletion, object to automated decisions and claim compensation for damages.
