Perfect TimingPrivacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data is processed when you use the Tam Zamanı (Perfect Timing) mobile game (the "App"), why it is processed, and your rights regarding it.

2. Data we process
- Account data: email address, display name, user ID, sign-in method and username (email and password, Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In).
- Game data: scores, timing deviations, level, coins, lives, streaks, achievements, weekly league points, Daily Target results, adventure stars, season progress, and cosmetics you own and equip.
- Duel data: the code and target time of a friend duel, plus both players' usernames, avatars, frames and results.
- Purchase data: purchased items, subscription status and transaction dates (provided by Apple).
- Advertising data: the advertising identifier (IDFA, only if you allow tracking) and ad interactions, via Google AdMob.
- Technical data: device model, OS and app version, error logs.
We cannot read your password; it is stored in hashed form by our authentication provider. We never receive your payment details, as all payments are processed by Apple. If you choose "Hide My Email" with Sign in with Apple, we only receive Apple's relay address.
3. Why we process it
- To create your account, sign you in and provide the game (performance of a contract).
- To save your progress, lives and purchases, and to run leaderboards, leagues, the Daily Target and friend duels (performance of a contract).
- To keep the App secure, prevent cheating and abuse, and fix bugs (legitimate interests).
- To comply with legal obligations and establish or defend legal claims.
- To show rewarded ads (such as "Watch an ad, +1 life"). Personalized ads are shown only if you allow iOS App Tracking Transparency (consent); otherwise non-personalized ads may be shown.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the App: Google Firebase (authentication, database, infrastructure), Apple (Sign in with Apple, in-app purchases), Google (Google Sign-In), Google AdMob (rewarded ads), and public authorities where legally required.
Other players can only see your username, avatar, avatar frame, name color, level, league and scores (on leaderboards and in duels). Your email is never shown to anyone.
5. International transfers
Our providers' servers may be located outside Türkiye (for example in the EU and the USA). Transfers follow applicable law and the safeguards offered by these providers.
6. Retention and account deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time in the App: tap your avatar at the top left and use "Hesabımı sil" (Delete my account) at the bottom of the profile screen. Your profile, leaderboard entries, username, this week's league and today's Daily Target entries, and the duels you created are deleted right away. You can also request deletion by email; we complete it within 30 days. Only records we must keep by law (such as purchase records held by Apple) are retained for the required period.
7. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored on access-controlled infrastructure. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
8. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child under 13 has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the Turkish KVKK and the EU GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. 10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time and will notify you in the App about significant changes. The current version is always published at this address.
