My purchased coins or PRO don't show up

Tap "Satın almaları geri yükle" (Restore purchases) at the bottom of the Shop tab. Make sure you are online and signed in with the same Apple account. If it still doesn't show, email us a screenshot of your App Store receipt.

When do my lives refill?

You have 5 lives a day and one life refills every 4 hours 48 minutes. You can also watch an ad up to 3 times a day or buy lives with coins. PRO gives unlimited lives.

My friend's duel code doesn't work

Codes are 6 characters. On the Duel tab, tap Kod gir (Enter code) and type it exactly. You can't answer your own duel, and each duel can be answered only once.

How do I delete my account?

Tap your avatar at the top left, use "Hesabımı sil" (Delete my account) at the bottom of the profile screen and confirm your identity once more. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

How do I cancel PRO?

In iPhone Settings, tap your name, go to "Subscriptions" and choose Tam Zamanı PRO. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
